St John Ambulance WA is a charitable, nonprofit, humanitarian organization teaching beginning assist to the community, delivering the State's ambulance service while also shaping and leading the sector nationally. St John Ambulance believes this service will be necessary to ensure it continues the delivery of humanitarian services to the Western Australian community and in delivering an effective, efficient ambulance service now and healthy into the future. St John Ambulance sub centers are responsible for the delivery of ambulance services in their community. St John Ambulance believes the Volunteer Model operating the country ambulance service, where the service is run by volunteers, is the most useful model for people living in country Western Australia as it ensures there is an ambulance service in maximum towns. In all country areas, St John Ambulance provides the infrastructure to promote an ambulance service for these communities. In addition, a team of Community Paramedics has been deployed across the State to provide training, clinical and operational promote for volunteer sub centers. Event Health Services has been providing medical services at WA events for more than 110 years and end financial year we attended more than 3,00 events, looking behind 22,497 patients. With our extensive medical resources, proven risk management procedures, a large pool of staff to draw from and our highly experienced event health management team, you can confidently outsource the medical risk at your event to St John Event Health Services. St John's Tolerant Transfer Service meets all your non emergency tolerant transport needs. We also donate a Community Transport Service that includes: A car service for changeable clients who may need transportation within their community. Receiving emergency calls 24 hours a day, every day of the year, our experienced Communications Officers accumulate vital tolerant and situation information and produce emergency first assist over the phone while the caller is waiting for the ambulance to arrive. A Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system provides Communications Officers with comprehensive geographical and incident information an Automatic Vehicle Location (AL) system provides a 'snapshot' image of the metropolitan area and alerts staff to the location of every ambulance and of all outstanding calls. They play an essential role in ensuring patients take immediate medical attention while being transported to hospital via the helicopter. It transfers critically injured patients from regional centers and is involved in search and rescue missions. Assess the risk at your event and determine the qualifications and number of event health staff required. Event Health staff will reach at your event half an hour prior the start, to set up medical posts and to allow for the hasty arrival of patrons. Our event health staff are elated to represent St John Ambulance. After your event, Event Health Services can produce you with a comprehensive debrief of the medical services provided and a report on the number of people treated and the type of medical complaints addressed. Event Health Services also collects data on any non medical services provided (e.g. Costs associated with ambulance services, whether emergency or not, will be incurred by the patient. St John Ambulance operates a user pays system which means calling for an ambulance comes at a cost to the patient. St John Ambulance paramedics are professionally trained to drive under emergency conditions and make their way safely through the traffic.
