Partnerships with Australian Master chefs combining the skills and experiences of some of the country's top chefs with our onside venue management skills. Running multiple concessions requires a deep accepting of venue traffic and potent branding to attract customers. We have the expertise and resources to create the ideal offering for any situation. While our core business is airports, we also have experience operating food and beverage concessions at other locations.

Melbourne: ARE operated three news agency bookstalls at the fresh Tullamarine Airport for eight years, making ARE the largest bookseller in Victoria at the time. This involved a whole fit out at a cost of over 3 million. ARE operated Food Beverage and Gift Stores for seven years. 1998 Brisbane Domestic: In a pivotal moment in airport retailing, ARE developed generic Food Beverage brands to operate in a food court environment. This was ARE's beginning experience in franchised brands, and is considered a massive success. 2006 Brisbane Domestic: ARE opened Atmosphere, a destination ca with bar, coffee, stuffed menu and large plasma TV screens so customers can see current sporting events while they eat. By the final of the year, Bistro 2020 was in operation, with Brasserie Bread and Toby’s Estate to trail in 2012.

Now, ARE has brought Brasserie Bread Ca to the new Domestic Terminal 4 at Melbourne Airport, with premium products that give customers the great taste and atmosphere of the original ca. The restaurant focuses on delicious, healthy food, served promptly in a relaxed ca environment.
