In these roles, Mr Kathie has worked closely with a strong Board and line management team in a growing company as well as having a primary outer facing role of the ASL listed Reese Australia Ltd. Mr Kathie spent 7 years with a chartered accountancy steady hasty in his career and has held other CFO roles. He is currently a director of and adviser to a number of private companies. Ms Papachristos is an experienced NonExecutive director with a powerful sales and marketing background having spent over 25 years as an executive with major corporations in Australia and the USA. In 2006 she formed Currant Marketing an self-reliant consultancy in the fields of marketing, loyalty, sales, customer and digital strategy. She is passionate about women in the corporate arena and making a change from base up as healthy as top down. In these roles he has had many years at a senior slick in ASL listed companies. Mr Willis has led businesses of the alike type as Coventry, involving sourcing products from multiple domestic and overseas suppliers and distributing products across Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the United Kingdom, with a distributed branch network supplying the building, construction, resource and other industries. He also has been instrumental in acting as a consultant and mentor in turning around a number of private companies in recent years. Mr Perry gained over 15 years experience in senior management roles with the Rio Tito Group, including serving as President of its Taiwanese steel mill, and served as the Director General of the Department of Minerals and Energy (WA) between 1994 and 1997. He subsequently worked for Resource Finance Corporation, a private merchant and investment bank specializing in the spontaneous resources' sector. Mr Perry is also a member of various private boards.
