With the increasing popularity of Red Cray on Beaufort, the Singh brothers made the drastic decision to sell Red Cray in Belmont in 2016 to focus and compress 110 into their new venue to bear both used and new customers with efficient, cordial service and the freshest locally sourced seafood and grilled dishes that Red Cray on Beaufort has become renowned for. They believe the combination of Head Chef Wayne Champion and owner Jagdave’s outstanding recipes, under Gurpreet and Thomas Staples’ management with a strong relationship with front of house and back of house staff has proven a victory having been awarded the Gold Plate Award winner for Seafood Dining for two years running since it beginning opened it’s doors in 2014.
